Hi! I’m Brittany.
Welcome to my blog! I am here to share my story and what I continue to learn on this journey. Some of the roughest moments of my life have occurred over the last three years but also some of the most insightful. However light or dark your current circumstances are, my goal with this blog and as a coach is to help shed light on regulating the nervous system and how that plays a huge part in recovery. As I share my story and any subsequent entries, I do so with an open heart. I want people to know they are not alone and that there are other avenues to explore. I get how frustrating chronic symptoms can be. I have made extensive strides in my own health journey and have overcome panic disorder. There are so many facets to healing and it is a lifelong journey to embrace with love.
