Is Your Subconscious Holding You Back?
I’ve done all the protocols, I’ve done Brain retraining, I’ve done the biohacking tools, I eat organic, I’ve done all the diets, but why am I still struggling?
If you are on a healing journey to address something chronic, the #1 thing you should be doing (in my opinion) is identifying and challenging your subconscious beliefs. Our beliefs are what create our thoughts which create our emotions and feelings and ultimately result in action or inaction. It’s not just about regulating the nervous system. Without going deep and doing the inner work, we stay stuck and barely break the surface. Our feelings of unworthiness and shame linger and are validated by our egos. We mistakenly believe that being stuck here equals safety. We then become less compliant with the protocols that are meant to help us, less motivated to change our routines (hello bluelight), and that also makes us less likely to heal. It’s not about going all in with extremes, but it is addressing the belief of unworthiness to heal and shifting that to be deserving of the healing that’s coming. When we feel worthy and deserving, which we inherently are, we will take more action to seek improvement in our current situation and health.
